About Legora

Swedish legal-AI platform for collaborative document work among lawyers, a direct competitor to Harvey. In April 2026 raised an additional $50M from NVIDIA as part of an extended round, bringing the valuation to $5.6B (the main $550M round had valued it at $5.55B). Annual recurring revenue surpassed $100M.

Legora turns legal work into collaboration between a human and artificial intelligence: the lawyer sees where every conclusion came from and edits it directly in the document. In two years the company signed up more than 1,500 law firms and corporate legal departments and passed $100M in annual revenue — a path from $3M at the end of 2024 through $50M at the end of 2025. Five acquisitions have been made since March 2026, the latest being London-based Wexler, whose engine parses up to 1 million documents per matter. Offices have opened in Sydney, Singapore, Tokyo, and Seoul. Current valuation is $5.6B after NVIDIA extended the Series D (April 2026); roughly $865M raised.

Key highlights

  1. NVIDIA joined the cap table a month after the round closed. In April 2026, $50M from NVIDIA's investment arm extended the Series D and lifted the valuation from $5.55B to $5.6B.
  2. Revenue passed the $100M mark in two years from zero. From $3M at the end of 2024 to $50M at the end of 2025 and more than $100M by April 2026.
  3. The company is buying up competitors before your eyes — the window to enter independent assets is closing. Five acquisitions have been made since March 2026, the latest being London-based Wexler on July 29, 2026, whose engine parses up to 1 million documents per matter; its engineers become the core of the London development center.
  4. The product line gained three releases in two months. Monitors on June 2, Lists on June 5, and shared agent access on June 4, 2026 — the company has moved from a single tool to a platform with several subscriptions.
  5. The Asia-Pacific market is being taken right now. On July 30, 2026 an office opened in Seoul — the fourth in the region after Sydney, Singapore, and Tokyo; the company itself puts Korea's legal services market at $17.7B.
